This agreement governs the terms of any remote/distance transactions conducted through AdviseList.com.

1. Service Provider

AdviseList.com provides a business directory and listing service. Any purchases or transactions you make through businesses listed on our platform are between you and the respective business.

2. Right of Withdrawal

For digital services provided by AdviseList (such as premium listing upgrades), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully delivered.

3. Payment

All payments for premium services are processed securely. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes.

4. Service Delivery

Premium listing features are activated immediately upon successful payment. Free listings are available instantly upon registration.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions on our platform should first be directed to our support team via the Contact page.
